My whole day went in listening to a lecture. So, that’s there.
- I didn’t exercise today. The lecture started pretty early.
- I prepared Garlic Butter Prawns Curry today. It was yummy. I prepared it for both breakfast and lunch, but I after eating some for breakfast, I kept the remaining for tomorrow, because it was just heavy for one day with rice. So, I prepared curd rice seasoned with spluttered mustard seeds and channa dal mixed with chopped onions and green chillies using remaining rice for lunch.
- I didn’t read. Lecture.
- I didn’t write. Lecture.
- Movie of the day was Welcome to the Dollhouse. I kinda liked it.
- I drank Samahan today.
Recipe of garlic butter prawn curry: Take cleaned prawns. Wash them again if you wish to. Marinate them with olive oil, chopped garlic, black pepper powder, pasta seasoning, cumin powder, salt and red chilli powder. Keep it aside for 20 minutes in refrigerator. Heat a pan and add butter into it. Once the butter melts, add the marinated prawns into it. Cover it with lid and let it cook on simmer for 5 minutes. Prawns would have released its water. Then remove the lid, turn the prawns over to cook on the other side and cover it with lid again still on simmer. By now the oil from prawns would have mixed with melted butter and separated from prawns. Open the lid after 2 minutes and the Garlic Butter Prawn Curry is ready to eat with white rice.
